In 2008 the company developed it's own family brand for the exciting new product Tuna Loins. In accordance with the company's commitment to market innovation, Morituna in conjunction with specialist Japanese seafood traders have developed the first loining program in Australia. Through this technique, freshly harvested Southern Bluefin Tuna are processed into loins, vacuum packed & dispatched the same day from the our dedicated loining room, in accordance with strict transport cold chain arrangements. State of the art equipment combined with strict hygiene practices ensures an extended shelf life of the product which in turn provides the end user with greater flexibility.
