In accordance with the company’s commitment to market innovation, SWMP in conjunction with specialist Japanese seafood traders have developed the first loining program in Australia. Through this technique, freshly harvested Southern Bluefin Tuna are processed into loins, vacuum packed & dispatched
the same day from the our dedicated loining room.
State of the art equipment combined with strict hygiene practices ensures an extended shelf life of the product which in turn provides the end user with greater flexibility.
